  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags & labels still attached. 
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Provide us with your oder number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. 
  • Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed. 

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item
  • Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during shipment. 
  • All returns must be sent back with their packing slip.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Refunds can also be issued in the form of a gift card for Divine Street.
    • Gift cards will be sent to the email address associated with your original purchase. 
    • please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and delivered to your email. 

Exclusions:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bodysuits and jewelry unless they are defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged items: 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. 
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions based on the specific situation. 

Order Cancellation: 

  • Please note that we do not offer order cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, we can only issue store credit.
